THIND OPTICALS & PHARMACY is strategically located in the OPD Block and Specialty Block of Thind Eye Hospital. It is well stocked and caters to the need for a wide spectrum of ophthalmic drugs.
As part of our interdisciplinary team, TOM in-house pharmacists monitor and dispense, all physician-prescribed medications approved by the Pharmaco Therapeutic Committee.

As part of our interdisciplinary care approach, our in-house pharmacists:
Review, verify, and dispense medications prescribed by the doctors
Ensure that every prescription is aligned with the standards approved by the Pharmaco-Therapeutic Committee
Provide guidance on correct dosage, frequency, and usage techniques (e.g., drop instillation methods)
Monitor drug availability to prevent shortages of critical eye medicines

The Facilities at Thind Eye Hospital
THIND OPTICALS & PHARMACY has adequate storage facilities such as refrigerators etc to preserve the shelf life of the drugs. Drugs are sourced only from approved suppliers and manufacturers. The approved manufacturers possess a WHO-GMP certification for their facilities. Similarly, suppliers approved may possess a “non-conviction” certificate from the FDA.
